UE «Deepmarket» was registered by the decision of the Minsk City Executive Committee dated June 22, 2000. The founder of the organization is the State Institution «Main Directorate for Services to the Diplomatic Corps and Official Delegations «Dipservice». UE «Dipmarket» operates in accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus dated April 22, 2014 No. 175 «About duty-free shops».
The main types of activity of UP «Dipmarket» are:
- Organization and operation of duty-free shops located at the Minsk National Airport.
- Retail sale in a duty-free shop to foreign diplomatic representations, equivalent representations and bodies of international organizations and inter-state entities, consular offices of foreign states, as well as diplomatic agents, consular officials and members of their families who live with them.
- Organization and operation of duty-free trade shops for service of persons arriving on the customs territory of the Eurasian Economic Union, at entry points across the state border of the Republic of Belarus «Mokrany», «Kozlovichi» and «Benyakoni».
